In regard to in-gaming, I do usually hit at over 60%, I have a couple of trends that I look for and have played with success this season, but my weakness has been chasing a big bet and digging myself a big hole which takes 2-3weeks of grinding to recover from. I’ve done this 3 times this season, and if I hadn’t had lost my discipline and patience, I would be sitting pretty nice, but that’s something I absolutely have to lock down if I want to turn pro next season. This was my first foray into NBA betting in over 10years. Gambling is not a part of my belief system, but over 20years playing, coaching and being around the game, I thought I’d put that knowledge to use. I feel pretty good on my reads, was hitting 60% all of January until a couple of bad days at the end put me down to 57%. So I do think I can make an income from NBA betting if I lock down the money management. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into your reply, without a doubt the best advice I’ve received so far. Mybestbet, I enjoyed reading your forum. Good advice, appreciate the time you took to write it. I have been capping sports since high school. I was that young idiot with no money management betting my entire $11 an hour In-N-Out burger wages while attending college full time. I was the guy with the laptop in lecture hall, on covers, watching league pass, and gambling. Not paying one attention to a word being said in class. Was horrible at money management, and was doing a lot of teasers like you do. Hitting at almost 70% which at the time was good but then again, I was blowing it all at the bars and my motorcycle. I eventually graduated college… 5 years later… have a 6-figure income. I started gambling again but continued to blow my money on clothes, cars, clubs, and Vegas trips. My point being, I’m finally ready and focused to stick a money management betting system. I’m cutting back on the partying lifestyle, focusing on making money and hopefully settling down with my girlfriend. Going to be tailing your plays and sticking to your 2% system. I can’t say I regret my past horrible money management and partying lifestyle, but I’m ready to treat this as a system and hopefully make a nice profit to offset my taxes that I’m currently getting raped in since I’m single with no children. Let’s do this!!

Hey, MyBestBet, I am just showing my respect for the tips and picks you have given so far. I saw your thread today and really like how you try to help everyone. I never followed anyone picks before, I usually just read someone’s point of view on here to get insight on a game. By the way I just signed up, been lurking on Social for 5 years and lucky I found you. I will be following you on some picks. I usually do parlays (3-4 matches) which I know is not recommended. However, the local book in my country only offers parlays, sucks I know lol. I have started online betting (5dimes) a couple months now, so not doing parlays as much. Although, believe it or not, for the 4 years I have bet on strictly NBA games, I have won every year doing parlays. The lock out season was my best year, won 450 units.  Thanks again; I will chime in from time to time.

Great job dude, hope the website is another great success for you. Since viewing this thread I’ve listened to the audio book you suggested and started recording my bets on a spreadsheet. I remember being told the story in school when I was a kid, back then it was just another story but now I realize how much meaning there is to it and how we can benefit from it in real life. Thanks for all your help and keep it up. What separates you from the other good cappers I’ve seen is you’re not full of yourself, boasting about how great you are. Well done, solid picks, every one of them. Win or lose, I can appreciate the effort that went into making them. Earlier in this thread you briefly mentioned your system. Clearly, your picks reflect a lot of data & research. In the Nashville game it was the Goalies first game back from injury, so I chose to wait & see how rusty he was. Does your system factor in current injuries, significant lineup changes, & specifically for the NHL, who’s in goal? Thank you for your sharing your picks publicly and being a positive contributor to the Sports betting world.

Nice run, will keep an eye on your posts from now on and compare picks.  I need to work on my money management, it has killed me this season, doing pretty well on my picks, but have made some bad errors upping my bets and chasing in-game this season, I should be up a lot more than I am but hey, there’s still a lot of games left in the season, look forward to checking your picks!

Thanks for the picks bro… if my calculations are correct, then based on a $100 wager (risking -110 on a 100 bet) one would be up 200 if they made all wagers. Not a bad day indeed. By the time I hit the Az. ML it had dropped to 230, but no worries there, great call on that game!
